Support Charges

Customers with the » Planned Maintenance management option will receive support as per their individual agreements.

Customers without Planned Maintenance will be charged $50 (NZD) or $25 (USD) per 30 minutes time spent or part thereof. An estimate of the cost will be given before any support work begins.
